Leading independent distributor All3Media International is expanding its portfolio of FAST channels with the launch of original new FAST channel Demand Drama.
Available in the UK from this month, Demand Drama brings audiences a diverse variety of titles from All3Media International’s scripted catalogue. The schedule mixes ‘cosy crime’ dramas and gripping crime thrillers with family-friendly favourites, landmark dramas and addictive soaps. The channel will also offer regular themed days, with the launch month schedule featuring a weekly ‘Crime Sundays’.
Titles in the launch line-up include Rose and Maloney (pictured) and Jimmy McGovern’s acclaimed anthology series Accused. Also featuring on the slate is Lynda La Plante’s Above Suspicion and Trial & Retribution. Cult favourite SAS action-drama Ultimate Force adds some muscle to the schedule while Wild at Heart brings some family charm to the channel. Also available are seasons 1 to 3 of iconic youth series Skins, which launched a raft of careers both on screen and behind the scenes.
